What personal data do we collect and why
While visiting rediSoft:
No personal data is collected because we are not interested in it.
Downloading from rediSoft
No information is collected
Commenting on posts
- Your name. (this will be public)
- Your email address.
- Your IP address.
This information helps us to filter out spam comments.
Web browser cookies
While visiting and downloading from rediSoft:
If you switch between themes a cookie “ristheme_[HASH]”
is stored on your computer.
The [HASH] tells our server which theme to use, when the cookie expires,
the cookie path (the default “/”), the domain (.redisoft.uk) plus Secure” and “HttpOnly” values.
The cookie expires after 24 hours.
When logged in to rediSoft:
Several cookies are used.
Security cookies, a cookie to tell our server that you are logged in, a cookie to tell our firewall that
you are a logged in user, cookies to remember that you have draft posts and a cookie to remember
various settings that you may make while logged in.
How we keep you information safe
rediSoft uses a secure encrypted connection (AES-GCM, 256 bit keys, TLS 1.3)
rediSoft does not store any information so has no information to share.
Logged in users:
rediSoft (the owner of rediSoft and the administrators) does not share
